I just made a connection. My weightloss stopped when I started working out after having the baby. When I couldn't workout, I was losing effortlessly. What's the deal?

DH suggested that I skip the gym for a week and see what happens. I don't want to do that. Maybe I'll scale way back next week and see if it makes a difference. I would try it next week, but Sgt. Roy is teaching a class next week that he is calling "The Gauntlet." It's rated X and is going to be 2 hours long. There's no description of the class. OK, this is what I'm thinking...

Sunday - Rest
Monday - Skip
Tuesday - Body Pump
Wednesday - Step
Thursday - Sgt. Roy's class
Friday - Skip
Saturday - The Gauntlet

That's 3 days of no workout, and I'll skip today. That will give me 3 days in a row without a workout. I should know something by Tuesday morning. We'll see!

Another thought... Could it be something with my diet? Maybe I'm not eating enough or getting in enough protein to sustain breastfeeding and working out. Could that be it? Where's Sol?
