I feel compelled to start one, because I got up at 9 on a Sunday, ran for 20 minutes straight (5 minute walk to warm up) and then did Pilates (abs and thighs)- whee! Don't you just love the way you feel after working out?! I feel skinny and fabulous! Even better, I am going to the mall today (for DC ladies, I'm launching a full-scale attack on Tyson's Corner!).
Breakfast: Will be more of a brunch- prolly eggs, cottage cheese and some toast
Lunch: we'll be at the mall, maybe a quick and healthy snack of some sushi
Dinner: With the same shopping partners, I'm watching the Oscars, so we'll be getting take-out for dinner. I'll be healthy- maybe some steamed chicken and broccoli from the chinese place.

Sounds like you had a great morning. I love that feeling after a good workout!
Breakfast - banana (rushing out the door this morning and had one in the diaper bag)
Snack - omelet, oatmeal
Lunch - tuna fish
snack - smoothie
Dinner - pork chops, sweet potato, salad
Baby up in the middle of the night snack - ??? Maybe a honeybell
I've been to Tyson's, may the shopping Gods smile upon you today.
I started off good today but made the mistake of going to a friend's house for lunch.
I know, I love that feeling after an early morning work-out! I got up this morning and went to church with my DS. Got a call from work before I left for church and they wanted me to come in early. So after church I ran home, fixed my lunch, got into my uniform and left. It was a busy shift, which I love since it makes time move faster! Now I just finished the Sunday Trib and I thought I'd go on the computer before making dinner.
Breakfast: Cottage cheese, peaches & applesauce
Lunch: Turkey & cheese on a piece of bread, applesauce & peaches
Snack: Cottage cheese & applesauce (hmmm, I'm noticing a trend here)
Dinner: Shepherd's Pie (a Zone Diet recipe using mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes, plus it includes green beans in the recipe so it's like a meal in one).
Then I'm going to sit down and watch the Oscars tonight!

A honeybell is a fruit exclusive to Florida and you can only get them in January. (My crate is almost gone.) It reminds me of a clementine but bigger and shaped like a bell. It's super juicy and sweet.
