Tomorrow the snow gets us, I was going to skip my muscle conditioning class today, but I went because I may not make it tomorrow due to many many inches were are getting.

Breakfast: Kashi Oatmeal
Snack: Apple and Balance Bar
Lunch: Salad and baked ham
Dinner: Chicken sausage and veggies

Abs, we had a new instructor and she did a more of a pilates/yoga type of abs class, I did not like it at all. I am just not a yoga/pilates person. Muscle conditioning and kickboxing.

Just wanted to add that the running program was tough today, but I made it through. The last 5 minute segment was probably the worst as I was tired and so, so badly wanted to stop. :) But I didn't and it felt good that I didn't... I also decreased my pace a little bit because I knew I was going to have to run longer and that seemed to work out well.
