where is everyone today?


i'm going to go to the gym and do cardio during lunch, haven't decide what i'll do yet. i probably should start running if i'm going to do the First Annual Gym Rats Tax Day 5K next month. i think i need some new sneaks though.


tonight i have yoga.


food-


oatmeal, coffee, smoothie


luna, bean soup with meatless meatballs


thai soup w/ added veggies, une pamplemousse (didn't eat either last night, had a bowl of grapenuts instead)

I haven't worked out in 3 days. I think you're right about the calorie intake. How do I determine how many calories I need?

could you use fitday, and then just add in the extra calories you need for breastfeeding? i don't know what that amount is but i bet you could find it online somewhere...

I think it's 500 calories extra a day.
