I have almost the whole day off...just two appointments this evening. This morning I'm doing the running program with DH outside (NO sidewalks today!). I would like to go to the health food store to get a few groceries and I need to call my doctor to see about getting a "female infection" taken care of. Ick.

Really not sure about food day other than the homemade protein bar I just ate before we go out to run. Will have to update later.

Sorry to hear about your weight Jean! Maybe you're retaining water for some reason? Are your clothes fitting differently?

no, there are no hidden charges on itunes. it's 99 cents a song, or whatever they charge for the full album (it's usually cheaper to buy the whole album -- there may be 13 songs on the album, and the album costs $10.99.)

No work-out last night, and Wes and I had chicken w/ mushrooms (no sauce, just mushrooms), broccoli and tortellini for dinner. This morning, I was resigned to having a bagel for breakfast...ugh, cuz I didn't have cash on me, and didn't feel like charging a piece of fruit at Whole Foods. Ah well, healthy dinner, and I will go home and hop on the treadmill. Best friend is coming over to work out during American Idol tonight- I know a guy from college who is on it- I hated him, but it's still amusing!

Oh, he's hard to miss- it's Constantine- the tall, smarmy, Greek guy. He came in to my school as a transfer at age 23 or so, when I was a freshman- he'd been working for awhile. It just cracks me up that he's on American Idol, because, well...let's just say, he wasn't a favorite at the Conservatory (he has a MAJOR attitude problem).

Hehe, of course, he has a band. He did Jesus Christ Superstar a zillion times, and thinks he's a rock god. From a technical point of view though, he doesn't have the greatest voice- what we've seen out of him so far on American Idol is pretty much all we're going to get. I think Simon was right this past Monday when he told him that he could go to any bar, and see any band with a frontman that sounded just like him. He may last this round because the audience seems to like him, but I doubt he'll make it to the finals. Plus, hard rock isn't usually what American Idol tends to be about- while the other rocker guy did a much better job than Constantine, and he's talented, I doubt he'd go all the way. But it's good exposure for these guys- who knows what record producer is watching.
