I did not sleep last night. I woke up crying. Today I have to do spinning, where the instructor will pick on me (normally I can stand it but not today), then I have to clean the house, which I don't have the energy or motivation to do, and then get my car serviced, which I don't have the money for.
Then I have to get groceries, but I think I'd rather starve.
Sometimes I get annoyed when people try to cheer me up and I don't really *want* to be cheered up so I hope this isn't the case here... Maybe a little exercise will get those endorphins going and make you feel a little better?

I've got just a few clients today... I am doing day three of the running program and maybe some core/abs afterwards. I'm pretty sore from yesterday... my delts are screaming, probably because of the 25 lb presses but it's a very good feeling. :) I'm treating myself to a facial today also. I've got one evening client and then we are going out to dinner with my BIL and my nieces.
Breakfast: peanut butter banana toast
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: salad, tuna fish
Snack/Dinner: no idea... whatever the kiddos want. Sometimes they want all the girls to eat "the same" so I'm at their mercy. :)

No work-out today. I have to babysit from 9 til 2:30ish, then class at 3:30 til 5. Then going to Wes's tonight, as usual.

Lunch: who knows- I don't get lunch when I babysit.
Dinner: Eating at Wes's, so whatever he picks up from the grocery store. It will include veggies though, upon my request!

My house is well stocked with healthy foods today so I have no excuse not to eat healthy.
Thank you for reminding me - last week the psychiatrist called and cancelled my appointment. So I'm back at square one again.
And I could skip spin but I lack the motivation to do my own workout.
