No plans for today. I think I'll take the baby for a walk today since the weather is nice.

Breakfast - eggs, sausage, oatmeal with banana

Snack - Smoothie: strawberries, peaches, whey protein, soy milk

Lunch - chicken, salad, sweet potato

Snack - almonds, cheese, dried cranberries

Dinner - ribs, corn, yams

Enjoy your walk with DD today, Millcreek. I am thinking about having ribs now that I see it on your menu today.

Not much planned today except to go by both DDs houses since DH is working. I already did a Pilates video and it might be my only workout for today. I am turning into a slug!

Trying really hard to count WW points today and eat only healthy stuff. Trying to plan what I am going to do for food with the all day workshop I am going to tomorrow for AFAA CEU's.

Decaf tea with low fat milk.

B-pineapple, egg substitute, lean ham, peppers, onions, 2 slices whole grain bread, decaf tea.

Not sure what the rest of the day will bring. I am craving a Greek salad with grilled tuna.
