I'm not teaching today, yay! I'm going to do the running, hoping to get through week 4 and start week 5 and not be too far off.

I'm training as usual and I'll be doing about 40 minutes on the elliptical. Nothing exciting going on today.

Breakfast: Kashi w/milk

Snack: protein bar

Lunch: chicken burrito, salad

Dinner: frozen fish fillet, broccoli, lemon pudding

And yes, I have had those lemon GS cookies. Bought them last year. They are tasty! There are moms aplenty at the gym hocking cookies but it's just best if I don't have them at all.

Breakfast: bagel, cream cheese, smoked salmon, spinach; hot chocolate
Lunch: grilled chicken; couscous with spinach, grape tomatoes
Dinner: udon noodles with kamaboko and Napa cabbage

ugg, i should have called in sick today. it is so gross out, and my back still hurts. i don't know if i should go to yoga tonight. i guess i shouldn't go, but i feel like i really need it - the back problem is throwing everything out of alignment. i'm going to go to the gym at lunch and walk again - that really felt good yesterday.

big comfort food breakfast to fight the wet and cold- one flax waffle with warm raspberries, coffee, tofu scramble & veggies wrap, hash browns, more coffee

probably won't be hungry for lunch, maybe just a luna bar and an orange

dinner - didn't have thai kitchen soup with added veggies last night after all (i actually cooked myself a dinner instead!!!!) so i'll have it tonight

Back from the doctor, with 50mg Zoloft.

I am afraid to take it. I took Zoloft about 6-7 years ago, so I remember what it felt like.

Nice to be able to do your own workout Jean. I am sure you enjoyed the rest from teaching and getting back to your own program.

Taught my cardio fit class which ended up being mostly body sculpting and weights. It was what the women wanted so I went on the elliptical afterwards for 25 minutes. I am going to get into shape...yes...I am going to do it!

Before class-decaf tea with low fat milk
Brunch-fresh asparagus, tomatoes, reduced fat swiss cheese egg substitute omelet with decaf tea and 1% milk.

8 almonds and craving a snack.

Dinner...grilled chicken, big salad, eggplant, maybe more asparagus, whole wheat couscous.

Keep good thoughts that I resist the snack monster.

Grace
