What about organic, free range raised in small farms? That's what I buy and still try not to use much but I love what I get.

Sometimes you just gotta let loose. Veering off the path of fitness/nutritional righteousness is perfectably acceptable at times like this, and sometimes neccessary for mental health. Do what you gotta do, free from guilt, and when you're ready you can get back on track. We're always here to support you (& kick your butt if needed). ;-)

I'm sure more than 1 person has bought the wrong kind. At my store they are side by side on the shelf.

Oh Sweetie, I just read what happen. I am so sorry. ((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))).

Cry as much as you can, eat as much as you want, take as much time as you need. Then, when you are ready, jump back in with both feet.

We are here for you.

((Hugs))

This must be a common mistake because it's not the only time I've seen that pointed differentiation inluded in something food related.

Looks like its going to be one of those days foodwise. I finally decided on oatmeal w/ blueberries, raspberries, cinnamon & van. Silk and it was sooooo good I had to restrain myself from having more than one bowl. Then after adding garlic & dried chiles to my red pepper hummus I had some w/ 1/2 ww pita, but could easily eat the whole batch. I'm only refraining from having more because #1 Son'll be home for lunch anytime now & then I can eat w/ him. So maybe I'll refrain from making baba ghanouj today. No point w/ all this yummy hummus (and some fresh salsa awaiting tortillas).

good job sticking with the program! don't get discouraged if you don't see a lot of results yet, one month is a very short time to expect results.
