You are really lucky that DD sleeps in her crib. You might miss her near you now, but it is so much better in the long run. It doesn't stay "cute" when they are older and you have to worry about them getting out of the bed and you are sleep deprived. Her going to sleep by herself is a Godsend too. All my kids did too, but I had to work on it. I know people who have to rock their 2 and 3 year olds or they won't go to sleep.
I think 4 days a week of exercising is a good compromise. Sounds like you are getting back into prebaby shape quickly.
I know! My sister is 25 years old and MARRIED and still sleeps in my parents' bed when she visits. I mean, she will actually climb out of bed with her dh and climb into bed right in between my parents. She also still sits on my father's lap. My parents had the whole family bed thing but my brother outgrew it around age 10, I outgrew it at 6 or 7, but my sister never outgrew it. That's my motivation for getting my dd to sleep in her own crib now. There is no way that I will share my bed with another woman 25 years down the road...
I was just wondering if that molasses-oat-banana bread was something home-baked (and if so, would you mind sharing the recipe?) or store-bought (and in that case, where did you buy it?) I love banana bread and am always looking for healthier versions of it. Thanks in advance!
I have great news.......in my first 30 days of working out I lost 6 pounds and 9 inches!!!My body fat went down 1% and my BMI went down 1.5 points. Six pounds down, forty to go.
I'm so happy!!!!!! And to celebrate I had my hair done (cut/color/style).
Tonight I am doing a total body class then 30 min of cardio.
I still have to fill parts of out to personalize them. So far they've really liked them. One said she was going to put both hers & her DHs on the fridge w/ their kids' stuff. Another plans to frame hers. The one who gave me the idea, joked that she was disappointed that I didn't include a gold star (I had actually thought of something like that but decided it was too over-the-top). She also suggested that for every session the recipients take now they should get a hole punched in the paper or some sort of sticker and when they reach a certain number get something special. I think its a great idea. The only problem is that a large portion of my classes are 'repeats', that keep adding more of my classes, so things would add up fast.

Nice idea about the certificates. It really gives the members something to "hold on to". I still find it easier to write things out in long hand.

Hi soleilune,

The bean salad I had was from Trader Joe's and it was terrible.
