How long are you at the gym and.......

Hi everyone:
Just wondering how long are you at the gym, how many days a week and what does your workout consist of?
I workout Mon-Fri, weight training 4 days and aerobics (elliptical, treadmill etc.)3 days a week and abs everyday. I'm in the gym for a minimum of 2 1/2 hours a day.

lately, i go to the gym about 8 times a week - i usually go Monday - Friday during lunch, plus some weeknights and the occassional weekend. i usually spend 45 minutes to an hour working out each time i go. i do full body weight training 2x a week and the rest is mostly cardio kickboxing, step, elliptical, and treadmill. in addition, i take yoga and pilates once every week. i've been meaning to get back into swimming and running outside and practicing yoga and pilates outside of my classes, but i haven't been doing that lately.

ALMOST every day for at least an hour. However, it's important to have a day off for the muscles to recover. Recovery enables the muscles to heal and become stronger. :-)
I go on the elliptical to warm-up (10 minutes), stretching (5 - 10 minutes), arms using weights (10 minutes), shoulders using machines (10 minutes), legs using machines (15 minutes), then abs on fitness ball and machines (20 minutes AT least), finish up with elliptical (15 - 20) and lastly, stretching (5 - 10 minutes).

I try to go to the gym 5 days a week but sometimes just manage 4.
I stay for about an hour to 90 minutes each time.
Monday: teach step & sculpt class
Tuesday: same
Wednesday: step class (starting next week I am going to do heavy lifting after this class)
Thursday: boot camp class
Friday: spinning class

I try to stay at the gym for about 1 to 1.5 hours tops. I'm there from Monday to Saturday, and the workout I'm currently doing is as follows:
Monday
- upper body weights, abs (30-45 mins)
- interval cardio on elliptical (30-45 mins)
Tuesday
- low intensity cardio on treadmill (60 mins)
Wednesday
- lower body weights, abs (30-45 mins)
- interval cardio on stationary bike (30-45 mins)
Thursday
- low intensity cardio on elliptical (60 mins)
Friday
- total body circuit (30-45 mins)
- interval cardio on elliptical (30-45 mins)
Saturday
- low intensity cardio on treadmill (60 mins)
oh i forgot spinning! i love spinning, and i do it every friday.
my gym has a new boxercise class on tuesdays - i can't wait to try it next week.
