Spent the night at bf's last night...didn't get to the gym this morning. Teach piano this evening.

Breakfast: bagel, cream cheese, smoked salmon, spinach; coffee
Lunch: ??
Dinner: pan fried fish cakes & veggies; brown rice

Sarge's Class planned for today! I had a hard time in step yesterday because I didn't eat enough before going. I started getting dizzy and had to completely remove all of my risers. I'll make sure to eat before I go today.

Breakfast - Fiber One with soy milk, coffee

Snack - whey protein shake

Lunch - Steak, sweet potato, salad

Snack - Tuna

Dinner - Salmon, pasta with veggies, maybe asparagus but dd's digestive system didn't like the asparagus yesterday

Thurs. is the usual four class day: 75 min. X-training; 2 weight training classes; kickboxing. Guess I better I get my references printed and photocopies of my certifications.

Breakfast: multigrain/seed ciabatta w. natural PB; green tea

Meal 2: split pea soup; green tea

Meal 3: ciabatta & tomato sandwich; soy chai latte

Supper: salad of spinach, tomato, red onion & chickpeas; V-8

Snacks: veggie chips; fruit-soy smoothie
