i've never heard of that. maybe it's because you are losing body fat? i think that whatever in your body regulates temperature also regulates sleep? maybe it's lack of sleep or something like that.
i'm always cold, but i don't think it varies according to how much i work out.
I'm going thru the exact same thing. I put off to lower body fat. It's not one of the usual signs of overtraining. Oddly I haven't been sleeping well either. Hmmmm....very strange. Sorry I couldn't help.
When I'm get ready for a visit from AF, I get so tired and so cold. This started when I had my tubes tied and stopped BF my youngest DD 3 years ago. But it is better than being in pain (cramps) and bitchy every month like I used to be. LOL. Now I'm tired and grumpy.
My Aunt who is in her mid 40's is having problems sleeping at night and is cold all the time. I keep telling her she is going through peri-menopause. She either doesn't believe me or is in denial. But recently she had her BC pills changed to a lower dose to try to help her.
I'm just rambling right now, but I thought I throw out some ideas and food for thought your way.
I will never know when I hit perimenopause since I've had so many symptoms since I was really young (like 20!)--like the lack of sleep, losing hair, cold, etc.

First of all, I'm hot natured. I get cold when I'm dawg tired or due to hormones (that time of the month).
Could be anemia, could be thyroid, could be hormones (do not know how old you are), are you eating enough?
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

"Getting Older" pretty much stinks. LOL.
