you can't take these things personally.

i'm going to spinning this afternoon and lifting weights at home tonight. i'm going to have to get organized and figure out how i'm going to fit in everything i want to do. i'm still having trouble fitting everything in and still enjoying myself!

what's everyone doing this weekend? tomorrow i have pilates, i think i'm going to go to the level one class for the rest of the session. i've missed so many classes that i can't keep up with my level I/II class. then i'm going to swim in the afternoon. hopefully we'll take the dog for a nice walk too. on sunday i'm going to see a free movie at the DC environmental film festival and then go meet my vegan knitting group at a local coffeehouse.

i don't think i'll be running the Gym Rats 5K, since i haven't started running yet! i'll still do it, but i'll walk most of it.

friday food-

two slices of sourdough spelt bread with earth balance (and salt)

coffee, i hope

amy's veggie loaf, orange, luna

thai kitchen soup a la jen, grapefruit, chips (full fat! i gave the rest of the baked ones to the dog, who wasn't too thrilled with them either) and salsa, "healthy" fudge cookie

Just got home from spinning. Was going to do weights today, but I have to take my mom to work. Later I am going to bring music to my accompanist for a music festival I am singing in at the end of April, and buy groceries.

Breakfast: bagel with natural peanut butter; soy milk
Lunch: ??
Dinner: mom says "something with shrimp"

Wow! Classes of 2 or 3 seems so bizarre to me considering that my classes have 30-50 participants.

Breakfast - eggs, waffle, sausage

AM Snack - oatmeal, 1/2 banana

Lunch - salmon, asparagus, salad

PM Snack - Protein shake

Dinner - chicken

Hot lemon water throughout the day
No workout planned tonight. My parents are coming to visit.

That's really small for our gym even.

Ended up having veggie fried noodles for lunch and dinner is now steamed whitefish with cilantro, and some veggies, and brown rice.

Will be snacking on grapes.

Hi!

TGIF!! I hope no one is too hungover! Thankfully I'm not.

Today I'm trying to convince myself to go spinning. I haven't called in yet so I suppose I could go. I didn't sleep well last night and without sleep I turn into a big baby! lol God help me when I have kids!

This weekend my boyfriend is working, so I'm going to go shopping tomorrow, and then I'm making him dinner Saturday, and we'll just hang out, since he's got to get up at 4:30 am.

Breakfast - banana and plain yogurt with a bit of sugar
Lunch - hummus with a whole grain pita
Snack - Natures Valley Oat grain bar
Dinner - I made a Paula Deen cake last night, so I'll have another piece of that, and then I don't know. :)

Jean - I hope more people show up to your class next week. My favorite weekly spin class is like that. One week it wil be packed, the next only a few people.
