i just wing it. i do at least two sets of most muscle groups, sometimes the same exercise twice, sometimes two different exercises.
a typical workout for me would be leg press, quad extension, outer thigh, row, assisted pull ups and tricep dips all on the machines, then move over to the free weights and do bench press, one armed flys, one-legged lunges, skull crushers, tricep dips off the bench, rear delt, and shoulder press. maybe finish off with a couple of push ups.
I feel a little... well, a lot weak so, I haven't even attempted the weight room yet. I've been doing Body Pump to build my confidence. It's not that I'm uninspired, I'm apprehensive.
