Breakfast: 2 slices of whole grain toast, butter, Marmite, 1 slice of leftover pizza.
Lunch: spaghetti squash with parm cheese, olive oil...edamame
afternoon "snack": coffee
Dinner: scrambled eggs & tomatoes, brown rice

This morning I slept in and my Mom yelled that I needed to get my butt out of bed, because I had invited a whole bunch of people from church over to practice music for Easter, and it was 10:30 and they were arriving at 11!
So I had 5 people over, plus my bf who had slept over last night, quite the crowd. We practiced the church stuff and then 2 of the people stayed and we played and sang some fun pop/rock stuff...an hours' worth...so a total of 3 hours of non-stop piano playing and singing...then I went to the gym and did 10 minutes incline walking on the treadmill to warmup, then 20 min on the elliptical, and then bis/tris.

woo!

It's called "Functional Training: Breaking the Bonds of Traditionalism" by Juan Carlos Santana. It's a great book, I really like it. It has really validated the way that I tend to train myself and my clients. :)

Did an hour cardio, broke it up into 30 min on elliptical then treadmill. Gym was too hot today for some reason. I also did 30 min of w/t.

Tomorrow I'll do beginners kick boxing then more cardio.

I'll be prepping/cooking the rest of the weekend for Easter dinner.

Frazz
