When you've got to get some calories in you on your ten-minute walk to the gym, what do you eat? I like Luna bars, because in general, I like everything soy. I just discovered Zone Perfect bars today, though, and they're pretty tasty, and have 16 grams of protein in them, which is pretty substantial. This is not to mention that the ingredient list didn't have anything in it that I thought was too freaky. Fruit is usually pretty good too, though not very substantial. What quick, easy, portable and healthy things do other people like to eat?

I like trail mixes, half a ww pb sandwich, low fat

When I want a light but filling meal/snack...I like a banana and a babybel cheese.
