It's rainy out again! My arms have been falling asleep at nights and it keeps me awake.

Did anyone else watch the exciting games over the weekend? March Madness is so much fun! I'm going back to the gym this week. The pounds are really piling on and I have to do something about it.

Breakfast - Oatmeal, banana, decaf coffee

Snack - cottage cheese

Lunch - Chicken breast, sweet potato, salad

Dinner - Fish, sugar snap peas

I'm going to do intervals on the elliptical today.

I need to buckle down on my eating too. I've been having far too many cheat meals lately and my veggie consumption is WAY down. Today I am going grocery shopping. I would like to buy some new veggies so it's not the same old same old. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Yesterday I tried peanut butter & banana on a bagel and really liked it.

Today I also have to do piles of laundry and teach step tonight.

Food I have no clue about.

I'm starting to get a little nuts w/ this sprained ankle. The last classes I taught were on Thurs. In the X-training one I couldn't really participate in the cardio and I didn't get much out of the strength work given the weights available. I can't do cardio yet & hate lifting at home, but might do a light 'tubing' workout today - just in case any of my clients tonight is a no-show (I didn't want to do the usual confirmation calls yesterday w/ it being Easter) in which case I'll lift heavy while I'm killing time. I hope my ankle is healed sufficiently for me to survive the upcoming training course I'm doing this weekend - 8 hours each day PLUS 'homework'. Its supposed to be really intense.

Breakfast: probably a fruit & soy smoothie; decaf coffee

Lunch: rice noodles & veggies; herbal tea

Pre-work meal: leftover rice w/ veggies & almonds; green tea

Late supper: stir fry veggies & tofu; V-8; slice of homemade apple-walnut strudel

Snacks: veggies & ww pita w/ hummus; fresh fruit; mocha-almond cake; tea

I'm really boring when it comes to veggies. I either bake it w/ olive oil, put it in soup, or have it raw with hummus or as a salad.
