I'm running and then doing ball class. I'm going to start eating a bigger snack and a small dinner and see how that goes.

What is green and black chocolate?
Getting ready to start week 7.... all 25 minute runs this week. Also lifting back and biceps. I've got to get my blood redrawn today because the lab lost my blood (???). I also have a bunch of little errands to do as well.
Breakfast: granola and grapes
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: chili relleno casserole, broccoli
Snack: peanut butter foldover
Dinner: spaghetti squash alfredo, salad
I like the idea of a challenge, especially a food challenge, but I don't have any ideas. I finally made it to the gym yesterday and it felt great! I'm so glad I went.
Breakfast - Oatmeal, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 banana
Lunch - I have a lunch meeting and I don't know where we're going. I'll make good choices though.
Dinner - chicken, sweet potato
I'm drinking only water and hot water with lemon today.
I'm going to do Body Pump this evening.
Green and Black's is a brand of chocolate. It's really intense so I don't eat as much.

I'm on the 2 1/2 miles today and then moving to 2 3/4 mile next time. I have no idea what week it is.
i think we should do another push up challenge.
i'm all thrown off today because i have a meeting this afternoon that is usually held every wednesday morning. so i keep forgetting what day it is. i'm lifting weights today at lunch (have to make sure to leave early to get back in time for the meeting), even though i'm still a bit sore from lifting over the weekend. tonight i have yoga. i haven't seen my teacher in a long time so i'm excited.

Hi everybody, missed ya! I'm sorry I've been MIA, but I gave ya'll up for Lent so that I could concentrate on school.
No workout for me in a while because I've been so sick with morning sickness and at one point the flu. I'm starting to feel better now. I have been teaching aerobics still, but I pretty much just call stuff out and walk around. Now I am starting to do it as I teach it, which I think is more effective. I went to TKD for the first time in a while last night, and I'll probably go tonight. I plan on starting to swim once the outdoor pool opens on campus. It is heated so it will feel good. I just can't swim indoors without getting a sinus infection--what's up with that?
Food:
Whatever sounds good that will not make me throw up :)
I discovered Quiznos--YUMMY! Too bad I have to take out a loan to eat there!
