I'm running and then doing ball class. I'm going to start eating a bigger snack and a small dinner and see how that goes.

I shouldn't even be posting here. ;-) I'm not working out today and have no clue what I'm going to eat. I did the 'tubing' workout i mentioned yesterday morning and had 20 min. to spare before DH picked me up from work last night so i did a warmup set of weights and one heavy set (upper body only though). Ankle's bugging me after hobbling around all over yesterday. Think I might take # 1 Son to a new veg. restaurant I've been wanting to try and hit the library after. Hoping I can tackle the museum w/ him tomorrow. Darn this ankle, I wanted to do some people's classes while I'm on break and I had to sprain it the very first class I do. Argh! I guess I'll just have behave myself until i teach Step Thurs. and Fri. I might go do weights tomorrow though.

Breakfast: sad to say I've only had hot lemon water so far

Lunch: not a clue until I get to the restaurant

Supper: marinated tofu & stir fry veggies most likely

Snacks: veggies & ww pita w/ hummus; fresh veggies

Why didn't you say something to the person that took your stuff?

Running update... I had what they call a "bad run" this morning. It was so tough. I'm not sure if it was because I had an 11 hour day yesterday or maybe I didn't eat enough of the right things or what... It was hard. But, I'm proud to say that I just muscled through it. It did start to feel better towards the end of the run and that helped. Plus, DH kept telling me that I was doing great and it was so nice to have a cheerleader. I so needed one today. :)

Snack: Had chili instead of a protein shake, also had a uturn bar (I get so hungry on running days!)

i wondered that too, but i bet it's because she has a free membership so she feels like that person has priority.

I say that we do an eating challenge since we seem to be more challenged by our eating habits rather than our gym habits.

I asked her if she had set up that station herself.
