1) I may be in a minority here, but I never really liked cereal, especially the sugary ones. I was always a salty breakfast kinda girl - you know, eggs, bacon, sausage, dinner leftovers - sugary stuff never did it for me.
2) Now I'm eating Kashi Go Lean with skim milk because it's a quick and easy way to get protein and fiber.
3) Again, I never liked cereal growing up; I grew up in Korea and my mom would feed me dinner leftovers for breakfast most of the time.
4) Dry.
5) I don't know what Cereality has, but given a choice, I'd probably get a Sausage McMuffin from Mickey D's instead. :)
