I'm having such a difficult time fitting everything into a 24-hour day. Why not have a nice even number like 30 hours in a day? Anyway, I want to do Sarge's class tonight, but I don't want my mother to have to babysit that long. (I ended up working late yesterday because of back-to-back-to-back-to-back meetings.) Argh! We meet so much that no one can get any actual work done! I probably spend the majority of my day meeting or preparing to meet...

Breakfast - Oatmeal, 1 hard-boiled egg, coffee

Lunch - Cottage cheese and canteloupe, salad

Dinner - Pork chops, mixed vegetables

Hot lemon water all day. I'm out of bottled water.

If I ran the world, I'd have the end of daylight savings time every day.

I didn't go to the gym yesterday..moral of story: do not go to bed later than 10pm if one expects to be up at 5:35am :P

I have eaten relatively well for the past couple days, even at restaurants. Low-fat kettle corn is still my weakness lately.

Today I am going to do boot camp and we will focus on lower body.

And oh, if you wanna see a pic of me, here's a nice arty one that my friend took a couple weeks ago:

I like the photo! It's funny how you create an image in your mind of what someone looks like and then you see a real picture and you realize how wrong you were! We have some very attractive gym rats on this board...

At the gym two days in a row! I did chest, back, and shoulders extremely light today. I'm not used to lifting light so it is going to take me a while to figure out what is best. I also did 30 minutes on the eliptical. Luckily I ran into a friend at the gym and she kept me entertained on the machine otherwise I would have been bored after 5 minutes.

Food:
breakfast-half a bagel with strawberry creamcheese
snack-not sure, maybe a sports drink
lunch-maybe a chicken sandwich
snack-depends if I am hungry or sick
dinner-I can't plan that far in advance with my stomach the way it is

i thought you were leaving today.

i'm supposed to lift weights today, and i think what i'm going to do is do it at home when i get home from work, to save time. i'm busy here in the office today, also hungry. i'm still sore from lifting on Tuesday! i think taking a break from exercising Fri-Sun will be a good thing for me. i'm so excited about Austin - the weather is going to be perfect!

food-

flax waffles, coffee

corn chowder, crackers, smoothie

chips and salsa

take out for dinner, maybe vietnamese.
