i have to just approximate, because my fruits and veggies are often mixed in with something else, like fruit in a smoothie.

Thanks! It's amazing how much it helps knowing we're doing this challenge. Although, come to think of it, I really started making fruits and veggies a part of my diet last year when another board I was on did a fruit/veggie challenge.
