I made an effort (I never know if it's a conscious effort or a conscience effort) to eat more fruits and veggies yesterday.
Vegetables:lettuce - 1carrots - 3celery - 5
Fruit:pear - 1lemon - 1
banana - 1
pineapple - 3
green beans - 2
salad - 3
I've been forgetting to post my fruits/veggies and I've been doing really well! I'm going to start posting them in advance rather than waiting until I've actually eaten them. Besides, I stick to plan 80% of the time.Yesterday's
