Oh, be careful with Atkins. I've had 6 different friends who did it and they all had bad experiences. All of them suffered from headaches. All of them did it as a short term thing to get in-shape for vacations, weddings, or whatever. After they stoped the diet, all of them ballooned to more than 15 pounds heavier than when they started the diet. I had both guy and girl friends do it. So, just be careful. I think I've seen more successes with the South Beach.
No workout today for me. I am teaching tomorrow and wanted to rest a day. I did do some crunches and pushups in between loads of laundry.
Food: half a bagel with creamcheese easy mac maybe a slice of pizza, I feel like I need some fat banana and something tacos
I'm going to try to drag myself to the gym tonight for some major cardio. I have not w/o since Tuesday. Yesterday my 4yo DS had his tonsils and adenoids removed and tubes put into his ears and my schedule/routine is out of whack!! He is fine now, bouncing off the walls, but Dr said the 3rd day most kids feel BAD!! So we will see.
I'll post tomorrow what I finally did or if I made it to the gym.
this is the kind of situation where running on the treadmill as opposed to outside starts to sound a lot better. sorry about your allergies - hope you are feeling better now. allergies are so miserable.

lunch: one egg/one egg white cooked on a bag of spinach, topped w/ mango salsa (I made this just thinking it was healthy but it's soooo good!)

I did jazzercise today and boy was I in pain because I lifted weights yesterday.
