I'm doing back and biceps today at the gym and probably logging about 40 minutes on the elliptical. It's "that time" so my tummy feels pretty rumbly (that would explain my moodiness and appetite though!).

Breakfast: Kashi w/milk

Snack: protein shake

Lunch: asian tuna wrap, green beans, grapes

Snack: string cheese, pineapple

Dinner: salad, falafel w/cucumber and tahini sauce, leftover chocolate souffle

Oooh, chocolate souffle! Once I tried to make a cheese souffle and it was like a pie.

Breakfast: the usual bagel and smoked salmon
Lunch: leftover noodle soup
Dinner: ???
Snacks: soy milk hot chocolate, kettle corn, veggies and dip

I teach step tonight.

I'm working on my fruits and vegetables too. Maybe I'll have time to juice tonight.

Breakfast - oatmeal, banana, hard-boiled egg

Snack - Pear

Lunch - chicken, carrot sticks

Snack - popcorn

Dinner - Ribs

Hot lemon water throughout the day

My favorite step instructor is offering a class on Mondays this month. It's going to be some sort of multiple step: double, quad, circle, etc. I don't know what it is today but I'm going to try it out. I've done all of her multiple step classes before. Quad is my favorite followed by circle. I'm kind of hoping for circle step today, quad step is a killer. All of the classes are level X.
