No more working out for me for a week--my brother is here today and I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon to go skiing!

I'm a little groggy this morning and moving a little slowly. Soon as I wake up a bit more, I'm going to do legs and shoulders. DH and I may go for a walk later this morning.
Breakfast: peanut butter and banana toast
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: green beans, lentil burger, pineapple
Snack: grapes, cheese
Dinner: ?
I had a splitting headache this morning from too much MSG in my meals yesterday. (2/3 were from Chinese restaurants) Still went to the gym, did a 45 min of step and 45 min lower body weights. This afternoon I teach piano.
Pre-gym: 1 slice whole grain toast w/Marmite and butter
Post gym: noodle soup with napa cabbage and fish cake
Lunch: butternut squash soup, spinach salad w/croutons, maybe the leftovers from last night's dinner...because I am starving today for some reason
Dinner: ???
Snack: I'm going to try to lay off the kettle corn but it probably won't happen. :P

i didn't eat any veggies at all yesterday. i guess i'm not contributing

I did 25 minutes on the eliptical and then had to leave the gym to take dd to gymnastics. I woke up too late to really get in a good workout.
