I hope you have fun on your trip, Jean!
Nothing excited planned for today. Just boot camp at the gym and piano teaching in the PM.

Breakfast: peanut butter & banana on whole grain toast, soymilk w/splenda
Lunch: buckwheat noodles, tofu, broccoli & cauliflower, bean sprouts in miso soup
Dinner: leftover steamed pork from last night

Snack: coffee, kettle corn (did not have any yesterday!), choice of: Luna bar, peanuts, frozen grapes, yogurt

I have never taught Suzuki, no...I just do my own thing...

I hate traveling for that same reason, jean. Have a good time.

I did legs today. Thanks for all of your suggestions on lifting light. I ended up using 15 reps as my max as opposed to 10 and changed my weight accordingly. I felt like I was cheating myself during, but afterwards I feel like I accomplished something. I was going to swim today, I had my suit and cap on, but the pool was closed for maintainace, go figure. So I did 15 minutes on the eliptical before I became totally bored and ended up just leaving.

Food:
hot pocket
payday (blood sugar dropped)
chicken nuggets, french fries
personal pan pizza
banana

Not my best day for food, but I was having a hellavaday.
