I'll spend part of my day making myself crazy practicing/memorizing BodyCombat choreography (this is just for certification - as soon as I'm done training I have to immediately learn the latest class' choreography). Going to go do an interval class later, too.

Breakfast: hot lemon water; banana-chocolate(soy protein) smoothie

Lunch: tomato sandwich (on toasted multigrain/seed ciabatta); hot lemon water

Supper: pasta w/ veggies & chickpeas tossed w/ homemade vegan spinach pesto

Snacks: ww pita w/ hummus; 'fruit salad' smoothie; PB toast; soy chai latte

Mmmm....food journal changes: went produce shopping so I'm planning on a salad of spinach, sprouts, cuke, asparagus, strawberries & sunflower seeds for supper; also going to make a big fruit salad to snack on - strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, canteloupe, peach & mango.

I think #1 Son agrees. When I got home from the gym he was in the midst of drinking a gargantuan smoothie (that he couldn't even finish) and wanted to opt out of dinner as long as it wasn't the fruit salad. Half an hour after supper he started asking when I was going to make it. When I finally got it made he ate 1/2-3/4 of it. I was hoping there'd be enough for us all to have some for breakfast, but I'm not going to complain about a teenager choosing fruit over junk food. Now I have a dillemma - its sat. morning, I'm off to do a Body Combat class in 1/2 an hour and my son & I have yet to eat - do I eat the remaining fruit salad (I didn't end up having any last night, just a bunch of pineapple) and let #1 Son fend for himself until I get home or let him have the salad while I have a Clif bar? Hmmm.... I think since I'll be making more, along w/ some muffins, when i get back that i'm going for the salad. Besides, the boys are totally involved in a video game right now. ;-P
