Spring has sprung! Hurrah! DH is golfing, the snow is melted, we can venture out in short sleeves and are ready to fire up the BBQ. I picked up portabella mushrooms to grill while we watch the Masters w/ friends tomorrow & have plenty of fruit salad fixin's.
I'm off to do BodyCombat & some weights right away, maybe a little yoga too. I have to get started on re-organizing my Lifetyle/Weight Mgmt. course when I get home but I'll get some baking and salad making done first.

Breakfast: fruit salad; coffee; handful of granola/trail mix

Lunch: greek salad; freshly made muffin; soy milk

Supper: no clue yet - # 1 Son wants to make cold asian noodle salad so we'll probably have that along w/ some fruit salad

Snacks: smoothie; muffin; fresh fruit

I guess we have a jumpstart on you Sol. :) We've been in short sleeves for a while now...

Busy day today... we are working on home projects. Boughts some art last night and we're going to hang that. Also have some painting and patching to do. Going to scotchguard my new microfiber suede parsons chairs. DH is out "stripping" in the garage. (Oh, the jokes that were flying last night at Home Depot and we were wandering up and down the aisles looking for a "stripper". :)

Breakfast: golden grahams w/skim milk

Snack: luna bar

Lunch: lentil burger, salad, strawberries

Snack: not sure

Dinner: our supper club is tonight and our theme is camp food. We are actually meeting up at a campsite and I have no clue what we'll be eating. I'm bringing s'mores though so s'mores are definitely on the list.

Tonight, bf is supposed to go to the gym with me, and I will show him The Way of the Iron. ;) I teach piano all day Saturday, so my food is here and there...

Breakfast: bagel, cream cheese, spinach, smoked salmon; coffee
Snack: peanuts, banana
late lunch: baked ramed and golden mushroom soup; salad
Dinner: ??
