I really really didn't want to work out today. We worked hard yesterday on the house and then I ate too much at our supper club last night and I was just feeling TIRED. I did slack off on weights this week and today is my scheduled third run day so I decided to compromise and just go for the run. Ran for 28 minutes and I was actually able to pick up my pace for the second half and sprinted the last minute. Must have been all those s'mores last night. :)
Breakfast: Kashi w/milk
Snack: whole wheat tortilla
Lunch: healthy mac n' cheese, green beans, frozen yogurt
Snack: lemon hummus, celery
Dinner: salad, lentil burger, chocolate strawberry dessert (fresh strawberries, melted chocolate and lite cool whip)

OK, what is *healthy* mac-n-cheese?

It's M&C made with fat free cottage cheese, fat free sour cream and egg beaters. It's relatively high calorie but pretty high protein as well.
