What a morning! DD wasn't feeling well so I was an hour late getting into the office and when I finally DID come in, I was covered in dried vomit and I had forgotten my bra! I cleaned up the vomit and I'm wearing my sports bra from my gym bag. DH will bring my nursing bra on his way to work. Oh, what joy!

Breakfast - eggs, sausage

Lunch - Salad, sardines

Snack - Mandarine Oranges

Dinner - Pork Chops

I'm trying to give dd a break on the vegetables since her stomach is upset. I had better call my MIL and see how she's doing.

If dd is feeling better or if dh can take care of her, I'll go to my step class tonight. If not, I'll lift weights at home. Definitely doing SOMETHING today.

another thing - maybe get more sleep. the harder i train, the more sleep i need, to the point where if i'm training really hard i need like 9 or 10 hours of sleep a night.

Far off my food journal today--for snack, I had a banana peach smoothie, for lunch a ham sandwich and some combos.

Food update -

Breakfast: toast

Snack: mini wheats with skim milk

Lunch: Safeway brand mushroom burger (pretty good!), fruit sundae (strawberries and bananas in a bowl with yogurt based chocolate sauce)

Snack: peanut butter and jelly on a ww tortilla

Dinner: veggies & hummus, salad, falafel, butter crunch lemon squares
