I'm taking a few days off from the gym. The base of my skull still gives me a headache--I think it's a mild whiplash.

I'm taking a few days off from the gym. The base of my skull still gives me a headache--I think it's a mild whiplash.
Back to the gym today after my awful eating yesterday. Did lower body boot camp, where she made us do 100 pushups!
Breakfast: 2 slices whole grain toast with butter & Marmite
Snack: coffee
Lunch: roasted veggies, pan fried lemon pepper tilapia
Dinner: looks like more fish
Snacks: choice of frozen grapes, veggies with dip, banana, babybel, almonds
Maybe you should go to a chiropractor and have it checked out.
B - sausage and coffee
lunch - chinese food (lots of veggies no rice)
Snack - salad with olive oil and vinegar
dinner - steak
DH and I are finally going to do our taxes today. Talk about cutting it close! May not have time to workout.

If I finish my paper before class with time to spare I am going to go swim laps and do legs. Right now I have writers block...
Food:
half a bagel and cream cheese, which I threw up because of morning sickness, STILL!
quesadilla, which I am still trying to keep down
strawberries
probably something really bad for me in the cafeteria

Going to yoga tonight. Worked out with my best friend yesterday too- my foot seems to be getting better. I soaked it a bunch yesterday and kept it wrapped. It's still wrapped just to be safe, but it's definitely feel a lot better.
Food is shady for today, cuz I'm babysitting, and was up really really late talking to Wes (the newly-ex), so I woke up late and didn't pack a lunch or eat breakfast. I hate days like that.
I was at the gym most of the day. I did a total body conditioning circuit. Trained several clients.
I'm kinda bummed because I didn't get the job I interviewed for last week. I have a few sour grapes at my current place of employ and am stuck about whether I want to pursue getting more clients or continue to search for something else. I made a deal with myself that I wouldn't think about it too much until after my mom's visit (she comes on Wednesday) but it's still hard not to think about it and it's kind of an ego thing too.
Breakfast: Kashi w/milk
Snack: uturn bar
Lunch: tuna wrap, carrots and celery with lemmon hummus, mozzarella stick
Snack: luna bar, protein pudding
Dinner: salad, black bean burger, fruit sundae
I'm a little nervous about the 5K tomorrow. I so don't want to fail and I'm nervous that I won't be able to do it. Granted, nobody will be watching except DH and the bunnies, but still...
