A few questions

Ok ladies, I need some insight to a few things.

Last night I had weigh in and I was expecting a gain. Well I got one. 1.5#s. Granted it is TOM and I have had two weeks of back to back major issues. A death in the family and my purse being stolen, I missed a few workouts, my eating was OP but I was just not in the groove.

I have been hungry lately and I am going to start incorporating more food. WW has two programs I do NOT trust myself enough with the Core program because you can eat till you are "satisfied" and I became 300#s eating until satisfied. I just need more structure.

I know some of you are not fanatics of WW's because of the weekly weigh in procedure and I agree and disagree all at the same time. It does teach you positive things I know the scale is not the end all but it is a gauge.

I was very upset last night, I had just gotten into the 160's mind you it was 169 LOL but never the less I was there and back up I go.

I have 15#s left to loose. Aside from the trainer how do you revamp things to get things going again? I am trying to change a few of my foods, times I eat, and watching the sodium etc.

I know the last 10 of this is going to be hell. I know a lot of it may have to do with me loosing so much already, never the less it is tough to see the scale go the wrong way.

I don't want to quit. I know I should look at the overall, and I am trying to, but I am one of those people who think it's not over till it's over and I will pat myself on the back EXTRA hard when I get to goal.

Any suggestions to get the old metabolism working again or perhaps some changes at the gym would be greatly appreciated.

I know it's tough. The scale can play tricks with the mind and kill your spirit, even if it's only 1.5 pounds. You said yourself that things have been irregular for you with added stress. If you want to get the scale moving in the right direction again, try lowering your stress levels and getting more rest. A small change like that can do wonders! Those small changes can push the scale in the right direction as quickly as they pushed it in the wrong one. Hang in there and be patient. Give yourself one more weigh-in before you do anything drastic.

i agree that stress and lack of sleep could be keeping you from losing weight. also, i think you are not eating enough, which will prevent you from losing weight.

Since this is essentially what you've been eating all along, have you always been hungry on it, or have you taken up your level of activity?
