I'm working shoulders and abs today.

B - 2 hard-boiled eggs, banana, coffee

Snack - Oranges (My parents sent a shipment of oranges from Florida!)

Lunch - Fish, Asparagus I've been eating Hake, a type of fish from New Zealand. It's really good. I had never heard of it before but thought I would give it a try.

Dinner - Flounder with vegetables, maybe a salad is dd's stomach can tolerate it

Feeling pretty good today. I think I'll be able to make good food choices all day, especially after messing up so badly yesterday.

>>It doesn't look like more than a slice of cheese--where do the calories come from???

Maybe the mystery grease they use on the grill?

I did step class then legs this morning. I used a leg press machine that was different from the one I was used to and couldn't get it to lock after I was done...fortunately the trainer was at the next machine so I had to yell for him to come over and rescue me..I hate that, you're never sure how to work a machine, they're different at every gym...

Pre-gym: banana, babybel
Post-gym: coffee, bagel, cream cheese, spinach, smoked salmon
Lunch: butternut squash soup
Dinner: leftovers probably

I did total body strength training this morning. I used some of the moves from my functional training book (I'm roadtesting for clients :) and it was harder than I expected it to be. No cardio today. I'm going to have breakfast, get cleaned up and go pick up my mom from the airport. My cardio will come later as we power-shop. :) Can't even begin to guess on food as it will all depend on what mom wants when I pick her up. I don't know how much I'll check in... I don't think I'll exercise until Friday and my food choices will likely be unhealthy. :)

At close to 900 calories for the whole thing, I wonder how many calories that "mystery grease" has!!!

No time for fitness today, just to help others in their quest for it - training folks and putting on a nutrition seminar. I've got 4 classes tomorrow so that'll easily make up for it. ;-)

Breakfast: Choc. almond fudge Clif bar; green tea

Lunch: Boca burger on a ww bun topped w/ bruschetta; green tea

Supper: ww pita stuffed w/ falafel & veggies; herbal tea

Snacks: fresh fruit; tortilla chips & salsa; carrots & hummus; V-8

I did 30 minutes on the arctrainer, and then did "yoga." I'm really not sure what is yoga, and what is pilates, but the class I went to is called yoga (YMCA rips off everything).

Food:
toaster stroudel
banana
cheez its
left over spaghetti
strawberries
chicken stirfry

The texture is much like an unripe Bartlett pear - very "green" and juicy and crisp.
