I'm working shoulders and abs today.

B - 2 hard-boiled eggs, banana, coffee

Snack - Oranges (My parents sent a shipment of oranges from Florida!)

Lunch - Fish, Asparagus I've been eating Hake, a type of fish from New Zealand. It's really good. I had never heard of it before but thought I would give it a try.

Dinner - Flounder with vegetables, maybe a salad is dd's stomach can tolerate it

Feeling pretty good today. I think I'll be able to make good food choices all day, especially after messing up so badly yesterday.

Does your YMCA offer a pre-natal yoga class? I really liked... No I didn't. But the class was very helpful with carrying and delivering the baby.

They do offer a prenatal yoga class, but the instructor is the worlds most boring instructor. Plus, I did a prenatal aerobics class with the first pregnancy and I was totally underworked and bored. So last pregnancy I just did the nonpregnant thing with some modifications, which worked really well for me.
