That sounds good..... one thing we do is when we set up stations, we go through say 5 min.. and a low intensity, then the next time we go through the station is 4 min. low intensity, 1 min. high intensity, the next round through, 3 min. low/ 2 min. high, until we work at doing them at a high intensity.

I just had another idea--I could divide the class in half and do 2 stations.

Granted I teach kickboxing, but some of the things I do for stations are mountain climbers, jumprope, shadow boxing (or just jabs), kicking with one leg non-stop, high knees, speedskating...
