My rear is sore from the weight training yesterday... woo-hoo. So it is possible to make one's buns burn at home.
More shopping and eating today. No intentional vegetables or exercising. We're going to go explore parts of town that I haven't seen much of yet due to painting, home projects and work.
no mangos in my smoothie. it was soy milk, frozen acai, frozen banana, fresh organic strawberries, frozen mix of blueberries/strawberries/raspberries/blackberries. i eat bananas, strawberries, and blueberries all the time in other smoothies. anyway, i don't think there were enough raspberries, blueberries or blackberries in the smoothie to make me sick - certainly there were less than i've eaten many other times without getting sick.
i also felt very slightly sick to my stomach the last time i ate strawberries (different batch, not organic) the other day, but it was mild.
so i think i think it was one of these:
1. i'm highly allergic to acai
2. i'm slightly allergic to strawberries but only in large amounts or under certain conditions, and the amount in the smoothie yesterday was more than i'm used to, and/or
It could be from E. Coli from the organic strawberries because of what they use for fertilizers for organics. That's what happened to Odwalla with the juices.
