I'm going to see how far I can run before sports conditioning class today.

if it's only 2 miles, you could bike around your neighborhood or wherever, drop your bike at home, run to the gym, swim, run home. or you could bike to the gym, leave your bike at the gym, run a mile out and back for a total of a 2 mile run, swim, ride your bike back home. or you could take a different route to the gym that ISN'T through the woods.
I'm posting late in the day today... I had clients today and also did a total body conditioning interval circuit thing. :P Was going to go shopping after work but I have a headache and wanted to come home.
Breakfast: Kashi w/milk, OJ w/flaxseed oil
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: brown rice pasta w/sauteed tofu, watercress, yellow squash, and bok choy, luna bar
Snack: almonds
Dinner: quinoa w/mushrooms and leeks, fruit sundae
