Not much going on out of the ordinary today. Lower body boot camp this morning, followed by a LONG night teaching piano: 3:30-9, no breaks.
Breakfast: PB & banana on whole grain toast
Lunch: roasted veggies & fish
Dinner: ???
Snack: it will include a lot of coffee!

Teach: 75 min. X-training; then weight training; kickboxing; finally 'sculpting'.
Breakfast: multigrain bagel w/ PB
Meal 2: fruit plate; green tea
Meal 3: bruschetta on multigrain/seed ciabatta
Supper: not a clue
Snacks: tortilla chips & salsa; fresh fruit; tea
i'm sorry you are having such a bad day, is it getting any better?
i couldn't work out at lunch because of a meeting :( i think what i'm going to do is go home and go running, since it's nice out but it will be rainy the next few days.
