Reaching a superficial goal

I've been saying one of my goals is to look like I work out, not when lifting but just standing around. Well, someone at the food pantry today asked me if I worked out a lot that you could really tell by my arms.

I was thinking about you today at the gym. I haven't been lifting upper body in a couple of months, but I have been swimming for the past 3 weeks. Well, I was in the shower when I noticed that my arms looked buffer than when I used to lift. I thought, "Jean needs to swim more!" lol, maybe if you work your tricepts and shoulders and not you biceps, your arms look stronger :P Who knows!
Kudos on your compliment.
Paula
Jean,
I totally have a swimmers body since I lost weight.
I would say anything for extra scrapple but I"m SURE that this guy meant what he said and you have awesome arms.
I never really thought about what people say about whether or not I look like I workout.
oh please, you looked very fit in your surfing swimsuit!
along the lines of what paula was saying, i noticed the other day that now that i'm getting visible abs again, they are much more "long and lean" muscular than they were last
Jean,
