great series. but stop being so stubborn and BUY A PAIR OF RUNNING SHORTS, the kind with built-in undies. wedgies DON'T happen if you have a good pair of running shorts. email me your address and your size and i'll send you a pair from Title 9 that i highly recommend.

Get rid of the underwear!

Hahaha, Jen. :) I actually did go out and buy a pair of the tight compression shorts and a pair of loose fitting mesh shorts to go over them since I'm self conscious in just the shorts. Since wearing those, the wedgies have basically stopped. I appreciate your willingness to contribute to solving the wedgie connundrum. *giggle*

I definitely agree that it's a good idea to get rid of the underwear. Most running shorts aren't meant to be worn with undies anyway. I've been going commando for three years now! ;-)

Hey, someone mentioned Title 9 shorts -- which ones? I've considered ordering from them before, but I'm always reluctant to order from catalogues. But they have some cute stuff.

i love catalogues/websites, including title 9.

these are the shorts i love, but you might be able to find them cheaper somewhere else. http://www.title9sports.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemID=2&itemType=PRODUCT&iMainCat=6&iSubCat=336&iProductID=2

they are "moving comfort" brand. i like them not only because of the fabric and the comfort, but also because they aren't skimpy.
