well let's not forget that no one with cellulite would get hired as a rockette in the first place, or keep her job if she developed it. i'm sure dancing is great exercise, but dancing is also a profession notorious for enforcing the most extreme and for most women, unrealistic, body standards for women.
I totally agree Jen, but you have to admit that professional dancers are in such top shape that cellulite is not likely a problem for them, and if it is it isn't a "saddle bag".
I meant, seriously ate like a boy- half price burgers with fries EVERY Saturday, and beer most of the weekend. And then random trips to the sketchy pizza place at 2 am when we were tipsy. I was friends with mostly guys in college. I don't do that now.
I didn't mean that normally I eat lettuce and nothing else. I actually have a very healthy appetite and I'm not picky- Wes always liked the fact that I'd eat a lot, and didn't turn down ice cream.
What I meant was the large quantities of "bad-for-you" things that I ate on the weekends, when hanging out with my guy friends. I ate what they ate in pretty much the quantity that they did. Drinking too.
Dude, that's bull. I'm 5'2" and weigh 105 and guys can pick me up no problem. I'm sure it was just an excuse to guilt her into losing weight.
Luckily, I never really dealt with anyone telling me that because I wasn't a dance major. I was musical theatre, and although we took 5 dance classes a week, our teachers just didn't seem to say those things to us. But I had a bunch of dance-major friends and I know that they were told those things all the time by certain teachers.

It was so long ago I had to look up the details. I was wrong on her height/weight. She was 5'6" and 50 kg (that's 110 pounds).
