Happy May Day! For newbies, we've set long term (LOL, well swimsuit season) goals under the "Motivation Challenge".

I did pretty well this week! I drank a lot of water, ate plenty of fruits and veggies, and got in my long run on Tuesday. The only thing I didn't do was try a new recipe, because I was trying to use up what we had in the freezer.
