I have an aquaintance who wants to lose weight. She is not "fat" but she wants that perfect body. She works out, but has a hard time with eating habits. She keeps going on diets such as south beach and atkins, but can never stick to them. I personally believe that she should not do diets like those, but instead should adjust to her personal eating "behaviors." I believe that those diets don't work because they are not one size fits all. I don't know if I am right. What do you guys think? Should I say something, or should I let her continue to beat herself up over quiting diet plans?
Thanks,
Paula

I agree.
