I went to step class yesterday and we did Circle Step! It was so much fun and since it was the regulars, we didn't have to worry about bumping into anyone who was struggling with choreography.
I'm going to work my legs today: quads, hams, calves Abs too
Doing a speed run this morning for 2 miles and that will be my last run before Saturday. I want to make sure that I'm well rested. Also, got a couple of new books so DH and I are going to "test drive" some of the exercises in the books to see how difficult and effective they are. I have some in-home clients this afternoon and I may do some shopping as well.
Kel, with in-home clients do you bring the equipment or do the clients supply it? I have an in-home client on Friday and he has a ball, dumbbells, a bench, a band, and a mat.
The gym was super quiet last night so I didn't end up teaching step but did 15 min on the treadmill and then lower body intervals with 50 skips on the jump rope in between sets. Today hopefully there will be a class, I am teaching piano before that and the last thing I will do tonight is get a massage....ahhh!
My hormones are bouncing off the walls, and it is only 900am...Did you know that the bad weather is all dh's fault! :) Well, it is when I'm pregnant at least. What a good guy, he just took the blame and gave me a hug.
My sinus situation isn't much better so I'll probably skip the gym considering it is hard for me to breathe without the exercise. I have tkd tonight, I'm excited because my instructor is comming back to teach for the first time in four months. He has had a back injury and has finally gotten clearance. He is a Nashville detective (candidate for Major), and I am really excited that he has gotten better and will not have to retire from the force. He is a cool dude!
Food: Golden Grahams Crap from the cafeteria (I didn't have time to pack a lunch) tuna casserole pickles popsicles because they feel oh-so-good on my throat
It all depends. With the clients I'm seeing today, I suggested they go out and purchase a spri band set. They will be going to Montana in a couple months so I want to work them out on equipment that they'll have and be familiar with. They do not want to purchase/store a ball so I'm going to bring mine. (I'm thinking though, that once they see how great balls can be, they'll want to buy one and then I can stop bringing mine. :) I would say that your in-home client on Friday has more equipment than most people!
oh yes, lots of luck on those cabinets - i wouldn't want you to die in a deadly dirty laundry avalanche and have your gravestone read: "here lies jean,
