I ran 9 miles today, so that's one thing I can check off of my list of goals for the week. After my run, I went to the gym and worked out my chest, shoulders, and triceps.

breakfast: toast, peanut butter, banana

lunch: ham sandwich, vegetable soup

snacks: orange, mango, carrots

dinner: grilled chicken, salad, roasted sweet potatoes

I'm sooooo hungry right now! I am going to have a hard time making it until dinner time without pigging out. I have my fruits and veggies for snacking, but I'm really wanting something involving cheese and carbs. Like a quesadilla. Good thing I don't have any junkie foods in the house, or I might be in trouble. It seems that any time I spend more than an hour running, I get really hungry later on.

I'm going to go if dh can watch dd on Saturday. I won't stay for the whole thing, just for my instructor's part.

Actually now that you mention it w/ this schedule it has been like practicing birth control - I'm either too tired or too busy to 'get busy'.

I've gotten used to using this abbreviation w/ other BTS instructors - it means Body Combat.
