I am doing 45 minutes of cardio today and streanght training. I still working towards the mile for this week but have pushed by the end of the week to Sunday instead of Friday.:)
Breakfast: Egg White Omlet with Veggi Cheese and mushrooms on ww toast
Snack: Strawberries and walnuts
Lunch: Turkey wrap on ww tortilla, carrots
Snack: Apple and walnuts
Dinner: Salmon, spinach, squash
i'm taking it a bit easy today - i didn't get much sleep last night, i'm sore from previous workouts,
I ran 5.5 miles this morning, and will work out at the gym (lower body) later.
breakfast -- homemade egg mcmuffin (a healthier version I make at home), grapes
lunch -- turkey sandwich, veggie soup
snacks -- mango, orange, carrots, cereal
dinner -- turkey sausage, couscous, salad
dessert -- yogurt, berries
Good workout day so far. I did yoga for about half an hour (however long the video is- 35 minutes, maybe), then went to the gym at school and ran/walked for half an hour, then stretched some more and did some abs. While I'm watching American Idol tonight, I will be doing arm weights and more abs.
Food is shady today, cuz I have an informal seminar meeting where food will be brought in- I brought in tortilla chips and salsa from Whole Foods- hopefully others followed suit and brought some reasonably healthy snacks.
Breakfast: new TJs cereal I found called 10+10 (it's got 10 grams of fiber and 10 of protein- and it's banana flavored w/ almonds- tasty!) w/ soymilk
Lunch: balance bar before gym, and whatever reasonably healthy things we have at seminar
Dinner: assuming I eat well at seminar, I'll make a wrap, w/ carrots and hummus on the side.
Snack: cottage cheese (or maybe yogurt) w/ blueberries
I don't think I have a sinus infection because whatever I have has moved into my lunges. Needless to say, I didn't workout because it hurts to breathe.
I am finishing my last final today, hooray! Then I start summer school in a couple of weeks, blah. I have all As so far, so that is incentive to study hard for the final tonight.
Food:
half a bagel w/ strawberry cream cheese
pizza (its finals-I need it)
pineapple (I just cut my first one ever, it wasn't so bad after all)
stew
lots of popsicles for the SARS that I have ;)
