Well, I am slowly expanding my collection of gym toys for use with my in-home clients and I'd love to buy some sort of stability or wobble surface but I can't decide. I would LOVE to get a BOSU but I think that would get awfully cumbersome to lug around. I was thinking of maybe getting a Dynadisc because those are pretty small. Anybody have any suggestions? Also, if you have an online supplier where you purchase your own stuff, I'll take those recommendations as well. I get catalogues but would prefer to order from a trusted source.

Thanks guys!

How about a balance board, like a seesaw one? Once you get your balance (I'm still working on it), you can a lot of your lifting on one.

They have a PT trainer track, too, that's less expensive than the group fitness one.

I wish I could come too. There's also that IDEA conference in Vegas in July and I'd love to attend that as well. Right now, with the house and such, conferences and things are not in the budget. :( Maybe next year though.
