I'm subbing ball class tonight. I should go swim but I don't think I'll have time.
I am pretty tired today. We went to sleep late and I didn't sleep well because of allergies and also because my mind was just busy. I've got a really full day too. :( I have clients all morning, then going to a dentist appointment, meeting DH to take care of a few things and then I'm booked from 2-6:30.
Breakfast: Kashi w/milk
Snack: almonds
Lunch: turkey sandwich somewhere with DH
Snack: not sure
Dinner: Chicken burritos at home, maybe a small salad and some protein pudding

ugh, cramps today. respect to whoever invented ibuprofin. it looks like i'm getting two days of rest in a row. i didn't make it to step last night because i was still sore from previous workouts and i decided to hem some pants instead. i did great at filene's basement yesterday! two blazers, a skirt, a pair of pants, and a camisole for work - all of which can be mixed and matched,
I was going to lift today but then I remembered that dd has an appointment with my naturopath. Probably won't do anything today.
Breakfast - salmon, peaches, coffee
Snack - orange
Lunch - tuna
snack - carrots

Dinner - I may not have any. I'm thawing out meat for my crockpot, but that will most likely be for a meal tomorrow. Time to order some more groceries! Maybe I'll grab a spinach salad on my way back from the naturopath's office. Is that enough food? Yikes! I may be in trouble today.
you mean your pants are dragging along the ground? i'd love to see how one manages to rock that look!
i'm always worried someone is going to turn me in to "what not to wear" too. today would be a good day for it, i look like a big slob.
I was up till 2am this morning talking about Important Stuff with bf, so didn't get much sleep. I wouldn't have even gone to the gym except that yesterday he gave me a prototype mp3 player to test out that he needs back on Friday. (didn't like it - hangs around the neck and bounced around when I was on the treadmill!) As I was heading out, I noticed that one of the rhinestones on my new sandals was missing. At the gym, I did 5 min walking warmup, then 13 min running, then 10 min on the elliptical, and bi/tri/abs. Then I went to the mall to try to exchange my shoes but they didn't have any more in that size so they have to order them, which will take 3 days or so. Grrrr. Tonight is my marathon piano teaching night. Have to go take a short nap after lunch if I don't want to be a zombie later. Oh, and I painted my toenails too - OPI My Throne for a Cran-Scone.

Snack: apple, kettle corn, coffee, peanuts?
Lunch: bagel sammich, spinach salad with grape tomatoes, avocado, cukes, multigrain croutons
Dinner: steamed egg custard

My lunges are still burning, but being the gymrat that I am, I decided I wanted to workout anyway. I skipped on the pool because I did not want to aggrevate whatever it is that I have. I did legs, 10min on eliptical, 20min walk/jog on treadmill. The jogging was a BIG mistake. My round ligaments in my tummy are now killing me. I have tkd tonight.
Food:
golden grahams
cheese sticks
lays chips (extra strength craving)
spicy porkchops, corn salsa, chips & salsa, virgin margaritas.

4 classes: X-training (75 min.); weight lifting; kickbox; sculpt
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ berries & soy milk; green tea
Lunch: vegan pizza dog (mmmm... spagetti sauce, tofu weiner & veg mozza on slice of cracked wheat bread)
Supper: rice noodles; fruit smoothie
Snacks: dark choc. w/ almonds; soy chai latte; fresh fruit; popcorn OR I might make banana bread
I'm off again on this!
lunch: broccoli, strawberries dipped in melted dark chocolate
snack: half ww pb sandwich
dinner: salad w/ raisins and almonds, papaya, more almonds
I had a few people compliment me on my class tonight.
